A True Leader is The One Who Has Visions Larger Than Himself - 'leader' defined by me! A leader is the one who is responsible for the team's productivity and efficiency. A good leader paves way for his team towards success. Apart from the target being completed, he also influences his team in many good and brave ways based on his capability. A leader must be responsible enough to understand the predicaments of his team-members so he refrains from micromanaging them. A leader should not only be a delegate but also think of himself as someone who is there to serve the purpose through his visions. A target for any team might be set, but a leader's vision alters many things within a team. Bad leaders lead to bad results for the same set target.
